The resume (19:10–20:10Z)

The operator returned from five days of healing, validated the town's rest (the mayor's clock-out call ruled correct), and asked for the board made legible: the complete issue sync. Six era-umbrellas closed with their verdicts (#924, #122, #901, #882, #813, #781 — all delivered or superseded by the ladder); seventeen live issues classified as valid runway or known-blocked; the founding sheets strand-recovered through the gate (#957). The wake-shape ruled for the lead's idle pings: size every working lane's next issue, develop runway with the operator — judgment, not mechanism (a formalization proposal rightly withdrawn).

Then the finish line's key turned twice in one window: gear stages 2–3 (#960, #961 — the slot spread; the parity carrier with the builder-tier agreement cross-check), the use-site E2E green with the card-minor gap it found first (#962), and — the regression saga — the action-lifecycle gate's five-day break pinned to fighter's own #933 geometry fix, whose real fights exposed the gate driver's frozen-era fragility: branch-green ≠ merge-green, the law banked, the harness cured (#964), the first green merge-run since the boards learned to move.

The capstone (19:47Z)

The game's difficulty, measured on whole parties for the first time — and the walls moved: L2 at-level 33%→86%, L11 0%→33%, L29 0%→20%, the first at-band epic win the program has ever measured. The L20 wall alone stands (0 of 36, whole parties, full kits) — the game's first true content absolute. The shapes held (the delve identities real above the gear); heroic moved most (the ungeared floor was the gear, never the content). The one-line: the difficulty is real but was never as hard as the ungeared map read — the kit was the missing half of every absolute number this program ever published. The operator's refusal to accept "paragon is too hard," vindicated to the final cell. The naming discipline sharpened the read honestly: the capstone's kitted cells carried heuristic seats — the four-column table names every arm.

The ruled arc (19:56Z)

The operator ruled the next program: complete the gear epics (the earned-progression leg numbered as #965 — and delivered the same evening: grants EQUIP at the keep, the no-shops rule, the accumulation read's earned curve, #966/#967), the 8B kitted column as the tuning signal (grinding, ~08Z), and the slow GLM paragon re-validation — the first whole-party LLM paragon sample, fired on #965's completion. The client test, the one hands-only door, sits hours away at the day's turn. The charter's finish line reached; the operator's existing-game program ruling the next one.

The evening's ledger (21:00–23:50Z)

The ruled arc ran at full clockwork. The 8B-kitted column ground into the night with two honest lessons: the kitted pace (~18s/decision — the items ride the offer) hitting the 10,800-second cap exactly at the finish line, the day-23 ruling's own arithmetic re-applied at 21,600; and the first datum (L11 a cap-draw where the heuristic-kitted cell reads 33%) — the tuning question's early lean: the 8B's binding constraint at paragon may be the seat, not the gear. The GLM-kitted sample grinds beside it. The clock-out discipline held throughout: fighter shipped the None-wart family from its menu's one unblocked item rather than idling, and rested with the marker when the menu emptied.
